Good for my kid

I got the 36V Electric Dirt Bike for my son's birthday. It arrived pretty quick, maybe 5 days to reach Denver. He loves it, rides it around the yard all the time. Setup was easy enough, no big issues.

Return customer for a reason

This isn't my first time buying from Drift Hero. I previously bought a mini bike, and this time I got a set of Replacement Tires and Tubes. Just like before, the process was smooth. The website is easy to navigate, and I always find what I need. The parts arrived in good condition, and on time as usual. It's nice knowing I can count on them for reliable parts and quick shipping. It's why I keep coming back when I need something for the bikes.

Decent price for a Pit Bike

I was looking for a Pit Bike and saw Drift Hero had some good options. I compared prices with a few other places like Razor, and their Pit Bike was a pretty good deal, especially considering I got it during a seasonal clearance. Shipping took about a week and a half, which felt a bit long, but it did arrive safely. I put it together myself and it was fairly easy. For the money, I think it was worth it. Definitely saved some cash compared to other brands.

Electric Go-Kart was okay

I ordered an Electric Go-Kart for my daughter. The shipping was fairly fast, got here in about a week. Assembly was straightforward, which was good. The go-kart itself is decent, she enjoys it. My only slight complaint is that the battery life seems a little shorter than advertised, but it's not a dealbreaker. Overall, a solid purchase for the price.

What's their return policy like for go-karts? Just in case it's not a good fit for my yard.

D Derek Silva 2 months ago

I returned a charger once, it was pretty straightforward, but a go-kart might be different because of shipping. Check their site, it should be listed for go-karts specifically.

R Renee 2 months ago

Returns were easy for me. Just make sure you keep the original packaging, that's usually key for bigger stuff. They do have a specific return window, don't miss it.

Anybody know if these bikes come pre-assembled? I'm not super handy and don't want a huge project.

C Cody 2 months ago

Mostly, yeah. You'll probably have to attach the handlebars, maybe the front wheel, but it's not like building IKEA furniture. Took me like 30 mins.

D Dan 2 months ago

They're usually like 80-90% assembled. You'll need some basic tools but nothing crazy. Instructions are pretty clear too.

Does Drift Hero ship to California? Been looking at a gas mini bike but some places won't send gas powered stuff here.

R Rosa C. 2 months ago

Yeah, they do. Got a go-kart from them a few months ago, no issues getting it to LA.

R Ryan Okafor 2 months ago

i think so, their site said they ship everywhere in the US for most items. always best to double check at checkout though just in case for a specific model.

Saw a 10% off for new customers. Can I use that with a free shipping code if I find one?

B Brett Brooks 1 month ago

Nah, usually only one code per order. Tried that once for a helmet and it didn't work. Had to pick which discount was better.

P Priya Vargas 1 month ago

Pretty sure they say no stacking coupons in their policy. It's usually one promo at a time.

Are these Drift Hero bikes actually decent quality compared to say, a Razor? My kid wants a dirt bike for his birthday.

C Colin T. 1 month ago

Oh way better than Razor for anything serious. Razor is more toy-grade. Drift Hero is definitely a step up, more like real mini bikes.

J Julia 1 month ago

I'd say they're more robust. Razor is good for younger kids on pavement, but if you're hitting any actual dirt, Drift Hero holds up much better. Parts are easier to find too for repairs.

Hey guys, thinking of getting one of their electric dirt bikes for my kid. How long does the battery actually last? Don't want it dying after 15 mins.

E Emma Hughes 1 month ago

It really depends on the model and how hard they ride it. The bigger ones definitely last longer, but my son's 36V one gets a good hour or so of pretty active riding.

R Renee S. 1 month ago

Mine gets about 45 min to an hour. My kid is pretty light tho so YMMV. They do list the battery life in the specs for each bike, usually pretty accurate.
